Sate Ayam

Material:
600 gr chicken meat, diced 2 cm
150 gr chicken fat, diced 2 cm
4 tablespoons soy sauce
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
4 tablespoons peanut oil
50 g fat greasy chicken heat until
50 ml water
20-25 pcs skewers that have been soaked.

Spices:
5 pcs red chili stew
10 pcs cayenne pepper
100 grams fried peanuts
2 cloves garlic
5 btr toasted hazelnut
1 tablespoon brown sugar
salt

Complement:
Pickled cucumbers and carrots
lemon

How to make:
Plugs 3 pieces of chicken meat and 1 piece of fat per skewer. Saute the ground ingredients with vegetable oil until fragrant. Pour water and cook until kental.Angkat.
